The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, ideal for guests or children. Additionally, the loft space includes a queen bed, making it a versatile area for extra sleeping arrangements or a relaxing reading nook.

The condo has two full bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The bar/countertop area near the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stools, is perfect for casual dining or entertaining.

You’ll have use of an attached garage to the unit, ensuring convenient and secure parking. We also provide two bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings, as well as a beach umbrella and seven beach chairs for your comfort.

During the months of January, February and March only FULL MONTH rentals will be considered. No mid-month check-in or check-out reservations will be accepted during these months.

All Reservations Require a Vacation Rental Management Agreement & Condo Application that Requires Condo Association Approval.

Minimal interaction unless requested by guest.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
